Returns and Exchange

Every item is specially curated with care using the most premium materials and we are sure you would love them. However, in case you receive a defected product, we will do everything we can to help you.

Also, all items undergo levels of monitored quality checks before they reach you.

In an unlikely event, a return/exchange will be accepted only in case of any proven manufacturing defect, provided the return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please ensure all tags, dust bag and original plastic packaging is included to ensure the bag is protected. If tags are removed or item is returned without original packaging, we will not be able to accept it.

All clearance/discounted items and masks are not eligible for return.

While returning an item:

Please send us an email to hello@theautumnweaves.com stating your concern along with clear pictures and videos. Please also mention if you are looking at an exchange or a return.

Our team will review the same and reply with the next steps.

If the return request is accepted, please ship the item in its original condition and email us the tracking number.

Once the return has been received and approved, you will receive your refund (excluding any shipping cost) via the same means used to make your purchase.

In case of international returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your bag back to us, plus the cost of any admin or customs penalty fees, should you decide to return your bag.

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as The Autumn Weaves is not held responsible for any lost returns.

All clearance or discounted items and masks are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping

Covid-19 Update :

Considering the current pandemic, there might be a delay in dispatch and delivery, we request your patience and understanding. Any delays will be communicated via email/WhatsApp.

Domestic shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders above 399. Shipped product usually arrives to you between 5-7 business days. Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking information.

International shipping:

We offer a flat rate for international shipping to select countries, which are listed in the drop-down menu of "countries" on the checkout page. The Autumn Weaves is not responsible for any import or customs charges.

On average, international orders take 10-15 business days to deliver, dependent on the country.

Materials and care instructions

We use only 100% premium vegan leather, eco-friendly cotton fabric and premium hardware to curate all our products.

Please take care when unpacking your handbag. Please don’t use any sharp items to open or unwrap the bag Open the packaging carefully to avoid damaging the bag and please don’t rip or tear paper packaging off handbag.

Please store your handbag in their own protective The Autumn Weaves dust bag. When not in use, please keep them stuffed with clean paper or an old clean cloth to retain their shape and do not stack handbags on top of one another.

Please store your handbag in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or humidity.

Please avoid hanging your bag by its straps. This might put pressure on its strap connectors and can wear out its seams prematurely.

Please do not folding and stack something on top your bag

The vegan material is intended to replace real leather as such please treat it with the same care as real leather and it will last you longer.

Cleaning

Our products are made out of 100% high-quality and eco-friendly Cotton, Canvas and vegan leather. Please handle with care and keep away from harsh substances as they can stain and harm the material.

You may clean stains and dirt on handbags using leather wipes. You may rub the stained parts very carefully and lightly to avoid harming the bag.

You should be careful with your handbags getting wet. Rain or water can ruin the material. You should always allow the handbags to air dry. You should never use a hair-dryer to dry the bags; heat damages the material.

To gently clean the Cotton/Canvas bags, spot clean with a clean, white damp cloth and lightly blot. Our bags are not machined washable.
