Sending the sheet places nothing on your card: we reply by e-mail within one working day to confirm stock and the total, with a secure link to pay. Your order is made only when you pay through that link.

What happens after you send it

We read every sheet ourselves and write back within one working day to say what is on the shelf, the dispatch date and the exact total.
In that e-mail sits a secure link for paying; until you click through it the sheet costs you nothing, and you may alter the order or let it lapse in the meantime.
Paid pieces leave Galashiels within three working days on a tracked service, folded in a cotton bag.
